Hi and welcome to our blog!
The weekend that I spent with my host family was very exciting. On friday my host and me went to a sleepover at her friend’s house. We met with some of her friends there, played Soccer, ate typical American pizza and watched a movie. Her friends are really nice and the sleepover was so much fun!
On the next day we went clothes shopping in Tulsa and then we spent the rest of the day playing card- and boardgames with the siblings and cousins of my host. In the evening we went to a game of the Tulsa Drillers, the local baseball-Team, which was very cool. We sat on the grass and had a lot of fun, and I am really thankful to my host family that they do so many things with me and make such an effort.
On sunday we went to church and then celebrated easter with typical American food and many boardgames. We also hunted easter eggs in the garden, which was so much fun and a bit different from the german easter-egg-hunts.
All in all the weekend with my host and her family and friends was great!
