Hello and welcome back to our blog!
It has been a while since my last blog posting, so here is an update. As my classmates and I are going to participate in an exchange program with the USA we have to plan lots of things in advance. For example, we had to file an ESTA-application so that we can enter the USA. We also got a packing list since the travel starts in almost two weeks. It is unbelievable how fast the time is running!
In our meetings, we also talk about the final details and information concerning the flight, etc.We lately had the chance to talk to a former participant from last year. She shared her experience with us and gave us some very good tips.We also had the chance to ask an American teacher some questions concerning the American culture and lifestyle. He also told us some interesting facts about the history of Tulsa and the climate of New Mexico.
These visits helped me to get a better impression of the travel and what is expecting me there.
